Office to be Included in the Senior Executive Service

In accordance with section 43(3)(b) of the Public Sector Management Act 1994, it is hereby declared that the declaration published in the 13 July 1988 Public Service Notices to exclude the organisation specified in Column 1 of the Schedule and corresponding office of Managing Director specified in Column 2, is repealed.

In accordance with section 43(4)(a) of the Public Sector Management Act 1994, the Office specified in the Schedule corresponding to the organisation specified in Column 1, is included within the Senior Executive Service, with effect on and from 30 May 2012.
