This postgraduate program is managed and delivered by Queensland University of Technology on behalf of the Australian Public Service.
It is for management level and management-aspiring employees to develop skills in the business of government. Completion results in a Graduate Certificate in Business (Public Sector Management).
The program allows you to study alongside like-minded peers with similar career goals while undertaking work-based projects that deliver direct outcomes to your organisation.
The program has 4 core units delivered part time over 15 months in multiple locations across Australia. Each unit includes a 3 to 4 day intensive workshop providing a balance of academic theory and hands-on practical skills to ensure learning can be applied directly in the workplace.
Delivery options
The program can be undertaken via a blended online/in person model involving 3 to 4 one-day workshops per unit.
There is also a 100% online delivery option providing greater flexibility to how and when you study.
