Personal Leadership Suite

A flexible suite of interactive courses to support employees on their personal leadership journey.
Last updated:

With a large portion of the public sector workforce operating in the Personal Leadership context of Leadership Expectations, their work has a critical impact on Western Australians.

This suite of modules and workshops supports staff in this context, with the e-learning resources also a valuable learning experience for all public sector staff.

The suite focuses on mastering skills that improve:

  • planning, quality, reliability, timeliness and working effectively with others
  • understanding and valuing agency culture
  • understanding and adoption of the professional standards required in the public sector.

Personal Leadership Suite is part of the Learning and Development Prospectus, an innovative suite of programs created specifically for WA public sector staff.

There are 2 elements to Personal Leadership Suite:

E-learning modules

These interactive e-learning modules cover the fundamentals of leadership behaviour change:

  • The Power of an Intentional Mindset – explores what a mindset is, how to shift a mindset and how it impacts behaviours
  • Positive Habits for Personal Performance – explores how to turn behaviours into habits to increase performance.

Who is it for?

Both modules are open to all staff, no matter which leadership context they are working within and are available on each agency’s learning management system.

Where do I access it?

  • deliver on high leverage areas
  • build capability
