Our 2023 graduate program built capability in our Operations Division. This three-year program will be based in South West locations namely, Bunbury, Nannup and Manjimup and provide structured training and development and coaching and mentoring, with possible rotational opportunities throughout the program.
The 2022 Graduate Program was hosted in our Operations Division with three Forestry Operations Graduate Officers based in our Bunbury office enjoying rotations through forest management and silviculture operations along with harvesting and bush fire protection and remediation activities.
