Our diversity and inclusion vision statement
Every day we support and inspire each other to be our whole selves and best selves to thrive and reach our full potential.
We celebrate, acknowledge, respect and embrace differences; because we know when people from different backgrounds and with different points of view work together, we create the most value and reflect the community that we serve.
We have a progressive, supportive and inclusive culture where employees feel valued, respected and connected.
The diversity of our workforce is our strength, it enhances our ability to be forward thinking as well as responsive in the services we deliver to the Western Australian community, and recognises intergenerational care for Country by traditional custodians and provides genuine opportunities for Aboriginal people within our workforce.
We are committed to provide employment opportunities to diverse groups. This may include targeted programs and pathways for equal opportunity, and measures to achieve particular outcomes.
As part of this commitment, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people with disability and youth may be given priority consideration over other applicants to achieve public sector outcomes.
Disability employment

This includes providing adjustments for every part of the recruitment process from application interview, onboarding and throughout employment.
