Food and Hotel Asia: Food and Beverage, Singapore (April 2024)

In April, more than 30 Western Australian agribusinesses and food producers participated at FHA Food and Beverage, which is South East Asia’s premier food and beverage trade show.

Run in partnership with Invest & Trade WA, the Western Australia stand facilitated 21 exhibitors who met with and showcased their products to importers from across the ASEAN region and beyond.

Singapore is a particularly important market for small and medium sized exporters, especially those new to export. This is due to Singapore’s logistical proximity, ease of doing business and the city-state’s reputation as a food & beverage hub for the wider ASEAN region. Singapore is also a diverse export market for Western Australia’s primary industries, and this was reflected on the Western Australia stand which showcased 15 unique product types.
