A new planning framework for the Swan Valley is now in place to protect the distinctive rural character of the region while enabling appropriate development. Enabled by the Swan Valley Planning Act 2020, the Swan Valley Planning Framework guides future development and new tourism and hospitality opportunities, and protects long-term agricultural production in the region.
