Prisoner's telephone number call list Request Form: Bandyup Women's Prison

Important information!

The online form is only a request to add your phone number to a prisoner's contact list or the removal of your number from their list.

For Adding your number:

1. After you submit your request, the prisoner will see it within 3 to 5 business days.
2. The prisoner must then ask to add your number to their phone account.
3. An officer will call you to confirm your identity and that you agree to receive calls.
4. Once confirmed, your number will be added and should take about 2 business days.

For Removing your number:

1. Once your request is submitted, the prisoner’s phone account will be updated and your number will be removed. This process may take up to 2 to 3 business days.
