We are running a consultation process to talk to people about coercive control. This includes:
- how the law and the legal system currently responds to coercive control
- whether we need to change some laws so they work better for people who have experienced coercive control.

The public comment period on the pattern of family violence behaviours known as coercive control has now closed. Thank you to all those who took part in the consultation process. Submissions received will now be reviewed in detail.
