Grants provided through the Small Business Development and Diversification (SBDD) program will help businesses remain open and invest in job creation by diversifying, expanding or being innovative.
The program provides contestable grants of up to $400,000 to businesses with a demonstrated reliance on the native forestry industry. This $15 million Western Australian Government scheme will provide grants to eligible small businesses, with the funds delivered through two grant rounds of $7.5 million each.
The scheme is the first of 4 Industry and Community Development Programs set up as part of the WA Government’s $80 million Native Forestry Transition Plan.
