Every citizen is responsible for their personal and/or business cyber security. In Australia in 2021-22 a cyber-crime was reported every 7 minutes, and reports are increasing.

Western Australia’s Cyber Security Innovation Hub, CyberWest, builds State-wide awareness and leverages the WA’s strength and competitive advantage in cyber security to educate, accelerate and support emerging and small-medium cyber security businesses to create jobs and grow new industries.

Cecily Rawlinson, Director, and the CyberWest team, ensure delivery of a range of cyber-security programs and services, available to all Western Australians, which focus on:

  • underpinning (critical) infrastructure
  • countering cybercrime
  • utilising big data (data science/analysis)
