The Pawsey Supercomputing Research Centre is a world-class high-performance computing facility accelerating scientific discoveries for Australia’s researchers. Their flagship supercomputer, Setonix is the most powerful in the Southern Hemisphere and the fourth most energy-efficient in the world. This critical infrastructure supports the high-impact science of national and international importance.  

Serving over 40 organisations and 1600 researchers, Pawsey delivers high-impact research in domains such as radio astronomy, quantum computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, health and medicine, and climate science. Pawsey is supported by both the Australian Government and the Western Australian Government.
