The first time an owner, tenant or property manager accesses the register they will have to set up an individual My Account with us. If you are a business, you will also have to set up a separate My Account for the business. If you set up a business account, you will then be able to delegate access to the STRA Register to yourself and/or representatives in order to access registrations associated with the business.
The Register will open on 1 July 2024.
