Safe at Home provides specialist workers to assess risk and safety and support women and children to stay in their own home, where it is safe to do so.
Safe at Home services provide the following responses:
- Risk assessment
- Safety planning
- Security upgrades to victim-survivors’ homes
- Court support
- Liaison with police and Family and Domestic Violence Response Teams, housing services, and other services
- Referrals to other services
- Informal counselling and support
- Case management
- Exit planning.
