Information about Frontline Talent Registers

Frontline Talent Registers are online portals that allow you to register your interest for a variety of frontline career opportunities at the Department of Communities across Western Australia.


Key Frontline Positions

Our Housing and Child Protection Frontline Talent Registers offer an exciting range of positions.

Through registering your interest, you can indicate whether you would like to work on a casual, part-time or full-time basis and outline your preferences in applying for any of (however, not limited to) the following positions:

  • Housing Services Officer - Level 3
  • Property Services Officer - Level 3
  • Customer Service Officer - Level 2
  • Child Protection Worker - Specified Callings Level 1
  • Field Worker - Level 2/4
  • Family Support Officer - Level 2
  • Case Support Officer - Level 2
  • Administrative Assistant - Level 2 
  • Customer Liaison Officer - Level 2

Eligibility requirements

You must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold an appropriate Australian work visa to apply for a position through the registers. Migration information for international applicants can be found on the Migration WA website.
