The TRP Standing Offer Conditions have been developed for use by State agencies establishing goods and services standing offers as part of the Template Redevelopment Project (TRP) Pilot (Phase 1).
The TRP Standing Offer Conditions prescribe terms and conditions that apply to a Standing Offer established between a Requesting Agency and Supplier(s) resulting from a Request for Offers.
The TRP Standing Offer Conditions is one of several TRP conditions documents developed for use in Department of Finance facilitated procurements conducted as part of the TRP Pilot (Phase 1).
