This Request for Offers (RFO) template has been developed for use by State agencies procuring goods and services as part of the Template Redevelopment Project (TRP) Pilot (Phase 1).
The RFO template is used at the contract formation stage of a procurement process. It is issued by the Requesting Agency as an approach to market document describing the Requesting Agency’s supply requirements.
The RFO template should be read together with the TRP Response Form template and the underlying conditions documents.
The RFO is one of several TRP templates developed for use in Department of Finance facilitated procurements conducted as part of the TRP Pilot (Phase 1). More information about the Pilot and the TRP templates is available from the Template Redevelopment Project templates page.
