The TRP Request Conditions have been developed for use by State agencies procuring goods and services as part of the Template Redevelopment Project (TRP) Pilot (Phase 1).
These conditions prescribe terms and conditions applicable to the Request process and the submission and evaluation of Respondents’ Offers. The TRP Request Conditions should be read together with the Request for Offers (RFO) and Response Form templates.
The TRP Request Conditions is one of several TRP conditions documents developed for use in Department of Finance facilitated procurements conducted as part of the TRP Pilot (Phase 1).
