Under General Procurement Direction 2025/01 – Supporting Local Manufacturing, a State agency’s Authorised Officer may approve an exemption from the minimum competitive requirements in Rule C4.1 to support manufacturing in Western Australia with a Total Estimated Value of up to $5 million (including all extension options and GST).
This Procurement direction came into effect on 13 January 2025.
