Sterilisation report submission form for In-pit waste/tailings disposal proposals

This form is not required for shallow deposits such as mineral sands, bauxite or nickel laterite where resources are not likely to be sterilised. Requiring information about the proponent’s company, project overview and the sterilisation proposals, this form is to be submitted to the Geological Survey department of the department.
