The Solid Futures Aboriginal traineeship program brings Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and Western Australian government sector agencies together.
It provides a career pathway for Aboriginal people aged 16 and over. It includes formal training, paid employment and support while completing a Certificate III in Government.
