Expected behaviours

  1. Identify the leadership context for the position as outlined in Leadership Expectations (for example, Executive Leader).
  2. Review each expected behaviour for the position’s context.
  3. Select requirements for each expected behaviour that reflect the important focus areas or nuances of the position.
