- This Statement applies to all public sector industrial agreements registered on or after the issue date.
- The Government of Western Australia requires increases in industrial agreement wages for public sector employees be limited to $60 per week or 3.0% per annum, whichever results in the greater wage outcome.
- Subject to Government approval, negotiated outcomes may include conditions that support Government’s workforce priorities.
- The cost of negotiated and arbitrated outcomes must be met from the approved salary expense limit of affected departments and organisations.
- The term for replacement industrial agreements registered after the issue date is two years.
- This Statement is to be read in conjunction with Premier’s Circular 2021/03 (or its replacement).
