Last updated:

The $1.5 million Premier’s Agriculture and Food Fellowships were awarded to Professor Simon Cook as the Premier’s Agriculture and Food Fellow (2016) and Dr Fiona Evans as the Early-Mid Career Fellow (2017), with co-investment in both fellowships by Murdoch and Curtin Universities.

Professor Cook’s Fellowship has delivered an On-Farm Experimentation project with the Food Agility CRC.  Dr Evans is continuing her work in applied agrifood research, specifically focusing on transforming broadacre farming in Western Australia by combining big data, agronomic and economic models.
