Outcome of Amendment
It is hereby notified for public information that amendment 044/41 – Nambeelup (North) Industrial Zone – to the Peel Region Scheme has been laid before both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the provisions of section 56 of the Planning and Development Act 2005. Following twelve sitting days before both Houses, the amendment has met the requirements of section 56(3) of the Act.
Amendment 044/41 to the Peel Region Scheme, as depicted on Western Australian Planning Commission Plan 3.2710, has effect in the Peel Region Scheme on and from 14 May 2020.
