The conceptual model report is the first hydrological report that describes the process that led to the creation of the conceptual groundwater/surface water model, a steady-state water balance model for the Murray area and conceptual design of water movement in the wetland systems.
The conceptual model reflects data collation and analysis, based on an extensive literature review, stakeholder consultation and data interpretation.
The report is a component of the Murray drainage and water management plan.
