Mining Rehabilitation Fund Yearly Report 19-20

99.1 per cent of MRF reports were submitted to DEMIRS by 30 September 2020. $35.1 million were assessed for the Mining rehabilitation levies. 193 infringement notices were served to tenement holders that failed to submit assessment information by the 30 June 2020 deadline. 183 of these notices were withdrawn by the 28-day notice period, leaving 10 of the 193 infringements to be referred to the Fines Enforcement Registry.
