The amendment proposes to rezone Lot 556 Curtin Avenue, Cottesloe (approximately 8,028 square metres) from the Public Purposes - Special Uses reservation to the Urban zone in the MRS. The proposed Urban zoning will facilitate further planning to provide for the sale and redevelopment of the site and the adaptive re-use of heritage buildings on it.
The WAPC certifies that, in its opinion, the proposed amendment does not constitute a substantial alteration to the MRS.
