The amendment is shown on Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) plan number 3.2782/1 and is effective from the 21 November 2023 the date of publication of the notice in the Government Gazette.
By virtue of section 126(1) of the Planning and Development Act 2005, the City of Wanneroo Local Planning Scheme is amended to give effect to the reservation(s) included in MRS Amendment 1387/57.
Copies of the amendment and the accompanying report on submissions are available for public inspection from Tuesday, 21 November 2023 to Friday, 22 December 2023 at:
