Notice of approved amendment
The amendment is shown on Western Australian Planning Commission plan numbers 1.7439/1, 1.7440/1 and 1.7441/1 and is effective from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.
The purpose of the amendment is to remove the Water Catchments – Special Control Area (SCA No. 1) from land where public drinking water source areas have been abolished.
