Expressions of interest for the Government Innovators of the Year award closed 11:00am (AWST) Wednesday 31 July 2024.
The guidelines were updated on Wednesday 3 July 2024, to include employees from WA Government Trading Enterprises. Applications received before this date will still be accepted and no change is required to current applications submitted.
Now in its 18th year, Western Australia's Innovators of the Year 2024 program recognises innovation in the public sector for the first time through the Government Innovators of the Year award category.
The award category celebrates Western Australian government entity employees who are innovating, creating novel IP and adding value to public service delivery. For the purposes of this program, Western Australian government entities includes government departments, and Government Trading Enterprises.
The below Application Guidelines should be read carefully before submitting an application.
