On 23 February 2018, the Minister announced the establishment of the Industry Advisory Group, as a means of facilitating consultation with key industry stakeholders on measures to improve security of payment for subcontractors in the WA building and construction industry.
These reforms will deliver on the Government’s election commitment to improve protections for subcontractors.
