The Premier’s Circular 2017/07 Family and Domestic Violence – Paid Leave and Workplace Support (Premier’s Circular) requires public sector employers to implement FDV paid leave and workplace initiative. Agencies will work to provide supportive work environments where their employees are comfortable in disclosing family and domestic violence related concerns which may impact on their work-life balance.
