The Exmouth Gulf Taskforce is preparing it's final advice to the Minister for the Environment on integrated management and protection options for the Exmouth Gulf and its surrounds. The Taskforce was established following the State Government’s 2021 commitment to enhance the protections for Exmouth Gulf and adopting the Environmental Protection Authority’s Section 16(e) recommendations.
These forums follow previous community engagements and the Taskforce is keen to update the community and stakeholders on its actions, focused on knowledge sharing on Exmouth Gulf, and next steps. The summaries of Taskforce deliberations are available online Exmouth Gulf Taskforce.
