To ensure applicants for the grant of a tenement attracting the expedited procedure under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth) (NTA) are set up for success, and to enable the grant of that tenure in a timely fashion, the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS) expects applicants to ensure current contact details are provided to DEMIRS.
