The Builders Support Facility is an interest-free loan facility to help residential builders complete unfinished properties and assist Western Australians most affected by delayed construction timeframes into their new homes.
Under Round 3 of the Builders’ Support Facility, eligible builders who are successful in their applications can receive an interest-free loan of up to $60,000 per home, up to a cumulative maximum of $1 million per applicant across Rounds 1 to 3.
The Department of Jobs Tourism Science and Innovation is responsible for the administration and management of the Builders Support Facility in accordance with section 10 of the Industry and Technology Development Act 1998.
Applications must be submitted via the SmartyGrants portal.
