Applications for the Bioshares Summit 2024 delegate passes are now closed.
About
The Western Australian Government are offering up to 6 Delegate Passes (one pass per company) to the upcoming Bioshares Summit 2024 in Fremantle 12-13 July to Western Australian health and medical startups to attend, learn and engage with some of Australia's largest life science companies and with investors.
The passes are valid for the 2 days of the conference (excluding the dinner ticket which is a separate charge) and includes access to the presentations scheduled for the day. See the link for details on the programme.
Eligibility
To be eligible to apply:
- You must live in Western Australia.
- You must demonstrate why attending Bioshares Summit would be beneficial to you.
- Your business/organisation must be a company that operates in the Health and Medical Life Sciences sector and are developing or expanding health and medical life science technology in Western Australia (does not extend to include consultants).
- Your business/organisation must be a registered business based and headquartered in Western Australia.
- Your business/organisation must be a small to medium enterprise that employs fewer than 200 people.
- Your business/organisation must hold at least one of the following:
- A valid Certificate of Incorporation
- A current Australian Business Number (ABN)
- A current Australian Company Number (ACN)
- Your business/organisation must be a legally solvent entity.
- Your business/organisation must confirm that only one application by your company has been submitted for the Delegate Pass.
Application
Applications have now closed. Successful applicants will be notified via email.
Process
The Department is intending to prioritise newer companies which may not have funds to participate in the event, to support them in developing new networks through event participation. The Department will assess your application for eligibility and consider your statement explaining how participation will benefit your company. Bioshares Summit Delegate Passes will be offered to the first 6 eligible applications that qualify and, in the Department’s opinion, align with this prioritisation.
Delivery
The delegate passes for attendees will be available for collection from the Bioshares Summit registration stand on the first day of the event, Friday 12 July. Please ensure your correct details are provided in the application form.
