This document establishes the Chief Executive Officer's approved manner for estimating the volume or weight of waste received at and disposed of to landfill as referred to in regulations 9(1), 9(2), 10(8) and 12A(2) of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Levy Regulations 2008 and provide guidance on its use.
