At the Commission she is leading the Agency Capability Review Program and advising on public sector culture, capability, performance and business improvement.
Ms Molan has over 17 years’ experience in both central and line agencies and a deep understanding of best practice governance, innovation and service delivery improvement.
She has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Graduate Certificate in Business (Public Sector Management), Advanced Diploma of Management and Diploma of Investigations.
Vivian is an associate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
