Tanya Milici was appointed to the role in July 2021 and is responsible for workforce data, and strategic information and communication technology. She has expertise and experience in data analytics, strategy and reform.
Ms Milici took up this position in October 2019 on secondment from the Department of the Premier and Cabinet where she held the position of Director Infrastructure and Major Projects. Prior to this, she held senior roles in the WA Police Force, Department of Treasury and Australian Bureau of Statistics.
Ms Milici has a Bachelor of Psychology, Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Human Resources and Safety, and Certificate IV in Government (Investigation). She is an alumnus of the Australian and New Zealand School of Government Executive Fellows Program and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
