Tanvi is an accomplished executive and non-executive leader and currently serves as the Deputy Chair of the Committee for Finance, Audit and Risk.

She is renowned for her expertise in business transformation, financial and corporate services, strategy, audit, risk management, and corporate governance. A Fellow of CPA Australia and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Tanvi exemplifies a steadfast commitment to professional excellence and governance standards.

Her career spans public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, with significant contributions across industries such as ports, transport, infrastructure, health, education, tourism, and manufacturing.

Tanvi’s governance acumen is evident through her roles as Company Secretary, Board Director, and Finance Audit and Risk Committee Chair and Remuneration Committee Chair for Rural Health West, Board Director Interchange WA, Resources Committee member at Edith Cowan University. She has also served as Board Chair, Treasurer, and WA Division Councillor for prominent organisations like Neuromuscular WA and CPA Australia.

As a seasoned C-suite executive, Tanvi has held pivotal roles, including Chief Finance Officer, General Manager of Commercial and Corporate Services, and Board Secretary. At Fremantle Ports, she led functions spanning finance, ICT, cybersecurity, HR, legal services, procurement, and contract management.
