Shaun is currently the Deputy Director General, Buildings and Contracts at the Department of Finance with responsibility for agency procurement over $250,000, as well as the construction and maintenance of non-residential government buildings. Shaun has held a number of senior positions across government including heading up strategy for the Department of Finance, leading Government Procurement and a short time as the Government Chief Information Officer.
With almost 20 years in leadership roles Shaun has a strong background in projects, service delivery and strategy.
In 2017, Shaun completed his Executive Master of Public Administration through the Australian and New Zealand School of Government and received the Dean’s Award for the highest overall academic achievement.
Shaun is currently overseeing the delivery of economic stimulus purchasing and projects to support the State’s economic recovery following COVID-19.
