Jaime Lundberg is Assistant Director General – Strategy and Engagement and is responsible for coordinating complex planning and development projects on behalf of the State. Jaime leads a team of 190 talented staff to support the delivery of METRONET, Westport, initiatives under the Perth City Deal agreement and a host of other strategic matters.
Jaime has a Master’s in International Relations from Curtin University and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Geography and Chinese from the University of Nottingham, UK.
She has lived and worked in Australia, China and the United Kingdom working across the private and public sector. Jaime has held senior leadership roles in a number of Government agencies, has worked within peak bodies and the resources sector, and worked regionally with a focus on the Pilbara.
Jaime is passionate about delivering better outcomes for the Western Australian community and brings a diverse and holistic understanding of planning, development and industry issues to the Department with extensive experience in policy and project delivery.
