Darian Ferguson took up this position in October 2022 and is responsible for leading sector wide strategy and advice concerning integrity and performance. Before joining the Commission, he held the position of Deputy Inspector at the Office of the Inspector of Custodial Services. Mr Ferguson has also held senior positions in human resources at the Department of Corrective Services and WA Police.
