Andrew Lyon joined the FPC in 2008 and has been the Director Business Services since 2018. Andrew has enjoyed an international forestry career and was a Research Fellow at Edinburgh Napier University specialising in timber quality research.
Andrew has extensive experience in the forest sector, incorporating strategic policy, land management, carbon policy, science and applied research. He is passionate about sustainable forest management policy and has been involved in the development of two Forest Management Plans in WA. Andrew is a member of many State and national organisations on forestry, carbon and sustainability.
