While Western Australian Procurement Rule E1 states that contract management plans/project management plans must be developed for all procurements valued at $5 million and above, it is imperative that every contract is managed well.
These Guidelines provide information on:
- how to manage a contract, including monitoring performance;
- how to hand over a contract to a new contract manager;
- managing contract problems;
- how to vary a contract and what the Western Australian Procurement Rules require you to do when you vary a contract;
- what an assignment or novation is;
- how to review a contract and contract transition; and
- developing a disposal strategy.
For the complete list of guides see the Procurement Guidelines.
