The Equal Opportunity Commission has a link to eCourts Portal which lists decisions in all courts and tribunals in Western Australia.
- Once you are on this page type in the 'Jurisdiction' text box : State Administrative Tribunal and select 'All' in the 'Decisions' radio button below.
- To refine this search, go to the column on the left hand side and type 'Equal Opportunity' into the search box.
Your page should have the following highlighted information in it.
After you have typed Equal Opportunity hit the magnifying glass and a list of State Administrative Tribunal decisions referencing the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 will be listed in date order with most recent at the top (see diagram below).
The decisions with pdfs are written reasons, the others are directions and orders.
If you would like to refine the list further you can click 'Advanced Search' to search by a specific name, ground or key word if you have that information available (see diagram below with the ground race discrimination):
Once you have pressed search it will list all information on the database regarding the information you gave in date range:
