New projects to drive digital transformation in Government

Innovation and the Digital Economy Minister Stephen Dawson has released the Digital Strategy Roadmap for 2023.
This roadmap demonstrates the progress of key initiatives which are driving the implementation of the Digital Strategy for the Western Australian Government 2021-2025 (the Digital Strategy).
The Strategy lays out plans for WA's digital transformation across the whole of Government. It aims to create better services, help make informed decisions, improve safety and security of IT systems and expand digital inclusion.
This year, the roadmap includes 27 new initiatives, including the implementation of new technology to aid planning reform, advancements in cyber security for Government departments and a program to digitize at-risk audio-visual collections.
The State Government will continue to report annually on the progress of Digital Strategy projects and initiatives.
