Manage your account online with My Water
- Water Corporation launches self-service website, My Water
Customers can manage bills and track water use
Water Corporation has launched a new self-service website to make it easier for customers to manage their accounts and monitor their water-use.
The new My Water website will allow Water Corporation customers to pay their bills online and from July get updates on their water-use every two months.
One of the first people to sign-up to My Water, Water Minister Terry Redman said My Water allowed customers to view and pay their bills online, update personal details, monitor water use, set up direct debits from their bank account or credit card and arrange for paperless billing.
"I encourage all Water Corporation customers to sign up to My Water and experience the convenience, control and choice of managing your water account online," Mr Redman said.
The My Water website has launched in advance of the introduction of two-monthly billing, due to begin in July.
"From July, water bills will be issued every two months, spreading annual water costs across six smaller payments. My Water will allow customers to set up convenient direct payments and paperless billing," the Minister said.
"My Water will also give customers - for the first time - the ability to view their water-use every two months, as opposed to six. The two-monthly comparison will help customers detect leaks and view the results of their water efficiency efforts sooner."
My Water has additional features for business owners and property managers that will assist in managing multiple accounts with Water Corporation.
