The report of the special inquiry titled A Shared Responsibility was tabled in Parliament by the Premier on Wednesday 17 August 2011. The inquiry was conducted by Mr Mick Keelty APM AO. The inquiry had regard to all aspects of bushfire risk management in the Perth hills area.
